Being healthy and fit are important aspects of everyday life. Here is a video we created to show you how to make Protein Ball Snacks to take with you on the go and are not only healthy but filling. Enjoy!
Ingredients in our bags:
- 1 cup Oats
- 1 scoop of Protein Powder (we use Vega One: Vanilla Chi)
- 1 scoop of Cranberries
- 1 scoop of walnuts
- 3/4 scoop of Coconut
You can change up the ingredients to suit your taste.
Here is what to do with all the ingredients to make the portable snacks!
Pour all your ingredients into one large bowl
Use any kind of ‘butter’ to mix into your ingredients. (Peanut Butter, Almond Butter…) We use about 1/2 cup and add more as needed.
Use about a 1/4 cup or Agave Necter or Honey, we guesstimate in ours 🙂
Stir or use your hands to mix the ingredients together until the ingredients are no longer dry, but thick and sticky.
Roll the mixture either with your hands or using a spoon to make little golf ball like shapes. Then we place them in a bag or you can use a bowl, then place them in the fridge.
