Keeping your core strong is very important for overall strength. Here we walk you through 3 great workouts you can do at any level of training.
– Standing Overhead Rotation:
We take an 8lb weighted ball and rotate it around your body making sure you are not moving anything outside of your arms and shoulders crunching in your abs.
– Reverse Lunge w/ a Rotating Twist:
We start with our right leg in the video, take the power stance and lunge away.
– Horizontal Chop:
Holding tension in the band with proper form, rotate away from the pole returning slowly back to starting position.
